In addition, the collection contains confidential files that are restricted in accordance with Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) regulations.

The collection consists of administrative records arranged alphabetically by name and topic and deal with a broad range of campus issues including campus conflicts, the Corporation, honorary degrees, ROTC programs, student activities, visitors to campus. Materials date from 1948 through 1972.
