Beckwith papers (1946-2011) is a significant collection of organizational records,
correspondence, publications, training and funding materials relating to community
development and organizing on both the local and national levels. Most of the material
dates from 1980 to 1999 and represents the work of a wide range of community
organizations, advocacy-based coalitions, governmental agencies and private
organizations devoted to fulfilling social needs such as housing, transportation and
education. The Papers also include a small but noteworthy collection of counter-culture
newspapers from the mid-1960s and early 1970s.
The Committee on Prizes and Premiums records date from 1923 through 1976. Included in the collection are administrative records, correspondence, certificates, financial documents. essays, speeches, flyers and posters.
The Office of Student Activities files contain office files from student organizations at Brown University as well as files from the Office of Student Activities. Most of the files consist of correspondence and financial records related to the various organizations. The files are arranged alphabetically by topic and are dated from 1938 to circa 1951.

The Pembroke College Athletic and Recreation Association (ARA) records contains correspondence, financial records, minutes, programs, reports and other materials related to the Association's activities from 1908 to 1972. The records document the activities of the Association, its relationship with the physical education department, intramural sports at Pembroke College, and some of the athletic interaction between Pembroke College and other women's colleges in New England.

The series concerning Hillside Farms contains reports on the health of its employees and the results of tests to determine the quality of the milk produced there.
The Women and Men of Brown records contain meeting minutes, agendas, financial records, correspondence, reports, bylaws and photographs related to the Brown University campus society and its various committees and interest groups. The material dates from 1924 through 2010.
