The Pembroke College Athletic and Recreation Association (ARA) records contains correspondence, financial records, minutes, programs, reports and other materials related to the Association's activities from 1908 to 1972. The records document the activities of the Association, its relationship with the physical education department, intramural sports at Pembroke College, and some of the athletic interaction between Pembroke College and other women's colleges in New England.
The Pembroke College Seventy-fifth Anniversary files include records kept by the anniversary committee, Dean Rosemary Pierrel, and the Alumnae Association Committee, which are comprised of minutes, correspondence, reports, and accounts. There are also programs, tickets, invitations, and articles. The material dates from 1965 to 1971.
The Pembroke College, Director of Residence records contains materials regarding student housing at Pembroke College. The records include materials regarding the budget, dormitory assignments, statistics, student activities, and correspondence to and from Sally McPherson, who was the Director of Residence at Pembroke from 1947 to 1964. The John B. Price papers contain office files dated from circa 1968 to 1977, when Price was the Brown University Business Manager and Controller. The first part of the files are arranged alphabetically by topic, and include materials related to the budget, class gifts, food services, housing and insurance. The latter files are arranged chronologically from January 1975 through December 1977.

The records of the Providence Milk Commission consist of financial and business records related to the Commission’s activities from 1931 to 1985. The series concerning Hillside Farms contains reports on the health of its employees and the results of tests to determine the quality of the milk produced there.
The Nancy Lyman Roelker papers include research notes, photocopies, manuscripts, publications, letters, and teaching materials from her classes at Tufts University, Boston University and Brown University. Also included are juvenilia and memorabilia from her secondary school teaching career. Roelker's field was sixteenth century France and her subjects included Henry of Navarre and Jeanne d'Albret, as well as sixteenth century French noblewomen and French Huguenots. The material dates from 1929 to 1993, with the bulk of it from 1963 to 1985.
